All of our projects aim to enhance the investment of our clients by creating designs that require harmonizing style, practicality and respect for the environment.
Our client's program is initially carefully considered. Innovation and perfect coordination with other construction professionals are an integral part of our modus operandi, so that our exclusive projects always offer a unique concept linked to an adequate construction quality.
Our practice is based on research and development providing the latest construction products and finishes to meet the requirements of each project. We carry out any type of architectural mission, whether for a new construction, a renovation or the rehabilitation and extension of an existing building. We work within the client's budget and regardless of the size of the project, the same attention will be paid to it.
On a larger scale, we design living spaces for new communities. at the border between Urbanism and Architecture. Our Urban Design service includes the study of new architectural typologies and public spaces for the urban context in which it is integrated.
We consider Interior Design as an extension of the Architectural Project because, from its concept, we think the space as it will be experienced and lived.
We are keen to integrate Portuguese know-how into our bespoke furniture and Portuguese brands whenever it allows us to ensure a perfect symbiosis with the range of major global brands that we like to specify.
All members of our team are involved in the design and implementation of projects. Architect, designer, engineer, responsible for the construction process are thus coordinated and compromised from the very beginning of the process until its complete definition. This allows us to guarantee consistency and efficiency in monitoring the procedures to be carried out, whether it be for permits, calls for tenders or cost and quality control.
This consistency and efficiency is found throughout our interventions that they allow:
• Project monitoring with town halls and with any external Official Entity, (Agriculture, Environment, Tourism, Ministries, C.C.D.R - Regional Spatial Planning Authorities, etc.)
• Support for grant applications for construction and renovation in the historic centers of Faro and Loulé.As specialists in asset rehabilitation, we support our clients in their relationship with both private and public financial entities.
• The coordination of the various expertise and services: building permits, structure and stability projects, infrastructure projects, thermal project and energy certificate, acoustic project and electrical and mechanical projects.
• Management of all suppliers and trades involved in the construction process.
All this allows us to offer our customers the delivery of a real turnkey project.
